Notice on the Termination of Crypto-Asset Related Services

Blok Be d.o.o. hereby informs its clients and the public that, in accordance with the company’s business decision and the applicable regulatory framework, as of 01 June 2026 it has ceased providing services related to the purchase, sale, and exchange of crypto-assets.

From the date of termination of services:

  • The company no longer issues offers nor accepts new client requests
  • Initiation of new OTC transactions in any form is no longer possible
  • Onboarding, verification, and enhanced due diligence procedures for new clients are no longer conducted
  • All previously issued but unaccepted offers are considered expired and invalid

The company will ensure the orderly completion of all transactions initiated prior to the termination date, in accordance with applicable contractual obligations and internal procedures.

Communication with clients is limited exclusively to matters related to the completion of already initiated transactions.

This notice is published for the purpose of transparent information to clients and the public.
